I dont think that is possible, since I-pods dont have flash player (at least as far as I know) You would probably have to remake the whole game.

I heard, as a matter of fact, that Apple is currently creating an udate that will allow flash. It will be for the iPhone and iPod Touch. But I'd forgotten about the not having flash issue. Sorry.
